Check-in time 2:00 pm | Check-ot time 11:00 am

The tourist tax is Euro 7,00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

Under 12s do not pay the tourist tax.

Breakfast is served every day from 7:30 to 10:00 am. Please report any food allergies.

The reception is open every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Please advise for arrivals at different times to the number:

Please note that for arrivals after 8:00 pm there will be an extra cost:

– 30 euros for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm

– 50 euros for arrivals between 10:00 pm and midnight

After midnight, no check-in will be carried out, even paying the extra cost.

We would like to inform our guests that due to the peculiarities of the structure and the need to guarantee our guests the utmost quiet, our historical residence is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the room and in the common areas.

The property does not accept pets.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days prior to arrival, with a 100% refund of the total cost. For changes or cancellations after this period, 50% of the total will be retained.

Our reception is open everyday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be notified in advance by calling 333 4620138. Check-ins take place from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Check-outs from 8:00 am until 11:00 am.

LUGGAGE DEPOSIT

We make available to our guests a free luggage deposit service. You can use it both on the day of arrival and departure.

HOW TO REACH US

Arriving by train: Palazzo della Stufa is only a 10-minute walk from the central train station Santa Maria Novella. Once out of the station you can take a cab, or you can simply walk to Piazza dell’Unità, take Via del Melarancio and then Piazza Madonna degli Aldobrandini (you will be in front of the Medici Chapels). To get to our residence simply continue to Piazza San Lorenzo No. 5, we are at the end of the square on the left, in front is the large white statue of Giovanni dalle Bande Nere. Arriving by plane: The airports of Florence and Pisa are well connected to the Santa Maria Novella (SMN) station. From Florence airport you can take cabs or the new tramway (stop: Unità) From Pisa airport there are regional trains every 30 minutes that go directly to Santa Maria Novella station or buses that take you to Piazzale Montelungo (Fortezza da Basso).

WHERE TO PARK

Palazzo della Stufa is located in a pedestrian area, therefore not reachable by car (except taxi). If you are coming by car, you cannot park there, unless you leave your car in the paid garages in the area. Or park with the very close affiliated garage “Garage Michelangelo” located at Via Ricasoli 28/a, daily rates vary depending on the type of car (30-45€).
